I've been buying these for just under 2 years now as part of my keto diet. My favorite ThinSlimFoods item is the pizza dough..for flavor, texture, etc. But the bagels... eh. Everything is the best of, but the 'everything' part... just bits mixed in the dough. I use bagel seasoning on top of the cream cheese. I toast these... and if you refrigerate after opening, just cover one in foil, bake at ..400 for 5 minutes to steam it back to 'fresh.' It's not a bagel... doesn't taste like a bagel. It's 'like a bagel.' It's not cardboard, either. For my purposes, it's pretty good. But I prefer their honey wheat bread, pizza dough, and Linda's Delights pancakes over the bagels. So far, I haven't found a better tasting keto bagel. No carbs...no side-effects from the fiber... so it's a vehicle for cream cheese.

why do you put zero net carbs on your package when this has carbs and it definitely raises your blood glucose??

It is zero carb in a diabetic its has 14 carbs but 14 fiber subract the fiber from the carba what do you get 0

Does it contain pysllium?

I just read contents on the cinnamon bagels. didn't see physllium listed. I don't have the plain bagel bag with contents.so I cannot say for sure.
