This is a defective product.
The product is defective. Stopped working on the 4th application. I contacted Black and Decker and they said they dont aell this product, hence there is no service. Amazon does not take any accountability. What a wast of money.

Great steamer
I did research to find an affordable, effective hand steamer. I needed this to stream clean a bunch of fabric items. It's simple to set up, heats up quickly, and works for a good long time on one little tank of water. It stores easily, too. It seems my model has an updated trigger. It can lock so you don't have to hold it down or it can be unlocked and give you more control over the steam. Recommended!

Buen producto
Sí es algo pesada y se siente más si uno no está acostumbrado, pero es rápido quitar las arrugas de las prendas, entre más ligero sea el tejido es más fácil quitar las arrugas, no esperes que haga magia sobre telas muy gruesas. En lo personal me funciona muy bien con blusas y pantalones ligeros.Me parece buena compra.

Doesn't Work in my Country
Ordered it from Amazon.au yet received an American product with American plug and voltage. So it didn't work for me.
