I’ve read tons of business books, but 12 Months to $1 Million was the first one that actually got me moving. Ryan Moran doesn’t just hype you up he gives you a real plan. What I loved most is how he breaks the process down month by month. Instead of trying to do everything at once, I focused on one step at a time, and that made all the difference.The advice on choosing the right product saved me from wasting time and money. And the way he talks about building a brand, not just a business, really shifted my mindset. I went from overthinking everything to launching something I believed in.I’m still in the early stages, but I’ve made more progress in the last few months than I did in the past two years of “thinking about it.” If you’ve been sitting on an idea and need a practical, no-BS guide to get to that first million this is the one that’ll get you off the sidelines.

It was a good read

This book has current, helpful insight into how to do things like choose a social media platform to focus on, where to put your energy during each phase of a startup, and what to expect at each phase.Has legitimately helped me improve my online business in a number of ways, more than paid for itself, which if you look at my other reviews is rare praise.

I am a 50 year old Social Worker by training, but I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Have tried numerous opportunities, but haven't gone all in on anything out of fear and apprehension. What Ryan has done with the words in his book is alter the course of my life. He has put together a blueprint for success, and I feel prepared to go all in. The work ahead will be challenging, and the journey is still daunting, but with these sage words in hand, I feel empowered like never before. Thank you, Ryan. I'll be back in a year with an update!

Admittedly, the title caught my eye while scrolling through Kindle titles. I wanted to know more.IMMEDIATELY.And I am so glad that I honored that impulse. Ryan is witty and an excellent communicator. I appreciated his honesty and candor about his own personal experiences—complete with the doubts, criticisms and uncertainties swirling around in his mind. It was truthful.There are multiple experiences he shares from entrepreneurs he’s mentored and his students. And to read the timeline and actionable steps—literally a step-by-step plan and approach to follow and execute is refreshing.Thank you Ryan.Thank you Matt.And thank you to all of the entrepreneurs on this journey.I’m.All.In.

The title sounds cheesy and unbelievable. The book is anything but.Moran and his business partner built an online business that reached $1 Million in a year and have used the plan laid out in this book to do it again and again and to help others do the same.The book is well written and inspiring. Most books like this are filled with fluff and bragging and little to no substance. That is not the case here.If you’ve thought about starting a business online, even as just a side hustle to bring in some extra cash, this is an excellent resource for you.

I have enjoyed reading this book. I wish there was a little more information on how to setup the business, but this is great information on how to build it around a product.
