Perfect fit for my Whirlpool dishwasher. Installation was quick and easy, and it operates very smoothly. I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Best Investment Made
This might well be the best investment made this year! Since the dishwasher was less than 6 months old and in use, the cheap materials and construction used in the shelf was a source of constant frustration. The original plastic part broke, and one of the wheel axles broke. And this dishwasher is only used twice a week. This product took me 10 minutes to install, is metal and much higher quality than the oem part, is less than a 3rd of the cost of oem replacement, and it works better and smoother than it ever did, even brand new. I would highly recommend this product and would go so far as to say.... don't wait for the original oem parts to break...replace this proactively, Trust me, for under $30 it's a great investment. Directions are not easy to follow so watch the video....after watching this is literally a 10 minute or less repair.

Better than original and simple install
Just received this item and got it installed quickly and easily. The video attached to this item shows the simple install and it truly is that simple. It is definitely an upgrade over the original piece. The only question remaining is whether this item lasts. If it does not then I will come back and update.

Good upgrade for better price
Easy to install and take back apart. Paper instructions suck, pictures are too small for any detail. After installing, I found out there is a video. Maybe that should be included with the paper instructions. Product is great and works well. Don't hesitate to upgrade your DW. Just watch the video first, I guess.

Excellent repair parts for Whirlpool dishwasher
The parts fit my Whirlpool dishwasher perfectly. The parts are well made and more robust than the original manufacturer’s parts. The only shortcoming is the instruction photos that way too small for most people to see and understand.

The item was fairly easy to replace with YouTube instructions. Just installed, however appears to be similar quality to original Whirlpool parts.

So sturdy, couldn’t be happier
This is the second time I’ve replaced the top rollers on this dishwasher since purchase. The first set was very sloppy, the rack dropped about 3” when pulling it out to load it. I wasn’t happy with it from day 1. I got a little aggressive with it the other day and snapped one of the wheels off. I intentionally ordered this set from a different vendor in the hopes that it would be more sturdy, I was so disappointed when I pulled the parts out of the box to find that it was identical to the other one I just broke. I assembled it to find that it’s about a million times more sturdy than the other one! I don’t get it, it’s identical, part for part, but only drops maybe a quarter inch fully loaded when extending the rack. Couldn’t be happier. Well, the instructions are so small I legitimately needed a magnifying glass, but it went together well other than that.
