Amazing! I purchased the "Oh My Gouda" flavor of Moon Cheese. These crunchy bits give me that salty kick I used to get before I became diabetic and couldn't enjoy potato chips anymore. Yes, they are expensive, but when I consider that it helps me avoid cheating, they are worth the cost.

If you are looking for something healthy, quality, and decent taste this is a good choice. Note that it’s significantly harder than a typical cheese puff. My kid enjoys it and I’ve bought more since.
