Premium Irish Red Ale No Boil Complete Beer Kit, Makes 5-6 gallons

Great kit. Complete with premium yeast. Ferments clean and fast. Per recommendations I made 5 gallons (without the Williamswarn equipment) but seems a little dark and hoppy for Irish Red. Making 5 gallons it is more like a Engish brown--still a great brew, just not quite a red. I think I will try again but make the full 6 gallons--should be just about right. Recommended!!

WilliamsWarn makes an excellent product. It has full robust flavor, good mouth feel and no bitter after taste. I highly recommend the Irish Red.

Easy to make and tastes great. I've been brewing for 7 years and this makes for a quicker brew day if you don't have 2-6 hours to spare.

I'm just getting started with home brewing and I've tried 3 other batches that didn't turn out very good, that being said, I bottled 2 weeks ago and decided to try one last night, it was definitely my best brew! Very good flavor, head retention and a bit of a Carmel flavor and a slight bitter finish. I will probably be brewing this one again.
