The arms definitely are stiff and I could see how they might pop out, but this figure comes with a sheet of paper describing how to safely pose the arms without popping them out. Much smaller than we expected, I’m sure the size was listed. Most likely my fault for not paying attention. Would not recommend for young children. I know this was a collective item but my 14 yr old son was extremely excited to get this! And play with it! He’s taking good care of it as well!
