The media could not be loaded. I thought this book was more like the cover page…like more in depth about that style. The cover page is just one of the projects. It has a lot of hoop projects. So this not what I was looking for but still a good book. Did a video to help anyone else out!

My daughter loves to embroider her clothes, upcycle and thrift for sustainability, and she loved this book of ideas.

Disappointing. I had high hopes based on the cover photo, but the cover was the only interesting thing about the book. Projects were poor and photos didn't look professional. The embroidery samples looked amateurish.

I very much enjoyed this book, but I was blown away by how many wonderful ideas are shared! I definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves to cross stitch but has been wanting to try something new or is just feeling stuck for their next project!

Ms. Ray makes you want to get out your threads and start stitching right away with her enthusiasm for her subject. Her instructions are simple and clear enough, even for a beginner. Her projects are varied enough to provide a little something for most everyone. It's definitely a good addition to most crafters libraries. Recommended.
