Marching sticks work with marching drums, heavy metal sticks work with heavy drums, these sticks work for my style. These sticks are perfect.

Light weight drum sticks .. I like the feel ..not for heavy hitters.. more of a jazz stick.. would buy again.. thanks

Love the weight and how they feel, only minor complain is that if you're like me and your hands sweat while playing, the paint provides little to no grip. Don't get me wrong I've had my share of flying drumsticks because of that and buying a pair of gloves will fix the issue. They're so comfortable to play with that the extra purchase is worth it. Plus they'll last you a long time. Definitely recommended.

I've been drumming for 12 years and while I do explore other sticks, the Steve Gadd's with nylon tips are by far my preferred sticks. Pros: These sticks are super comfortable in the hand, I feel quicker when I use these sticks because you can feel that they have weight but they don't weigh you down through movements like some other sticks. The rebound on the sticks is perfect and they seem a bit top heavy so you can get a good wack on your drums. The sticks are ideal for playing different genres and for drummers who like to do quick roles or quick fills. Cons: Its hard to find a con with these sticks because they are the perfect stick for me. One thing is that they are covered in black paint which means when used on hi-hats in particular, the paint chips and is noticeable on the floor. but if stick chips are a concern for you you may want to learn how to play with brushes.

I have been using Steve's signature sticks for more than 30 years. The feel, balance and playability are unsurpassed in the Steve Gadd Signature model. For more cymbal dynamics the nylon tip model is available. Every jazz, fusion and funk drummer has had this model in his/her stick bag at one time or other. They are superb. Give them a try ...you will play better for sure.

These sticks are the bomb! Great tips, excellent rebound, and the color won't rub off on your drum heads like the Weckle ones do. They are perfect for E-drums, not being too heavy but still allowing for powerful strokes when needed. The tips are smooth too as not to damage the expensive heads. It enough to believe that Steve Gad might've had something to do with the design of these. I use a heavier stick when playing acoustic drums but for electronic drums, I'm settled on these and they're the only ones I use now.

Excellent équilibre, et un peu plus lourd que des SD4, et je préfère vraiment le modèle avec bout nylon : ça a l’air court à première vue, mais dans le jeu c’est très précis et rapide mais permet de la puissance, donc c’est très expressif en variation dynamique, sans perdre de netteté. Bref très réactives, sans latence, avec amplitude de volume très intéressante. Ça ouvre vraiment le jeu. Moi qui aime les baguettes très longues (Freestyle, Wincent 5A XXL…) je suis très content. Ich spiele schon seit Jahren diese Sticks , gut austariert und gleichbleibende Qualität ! Der Rest ist jedes einzelnen Sache ! Der eine mag dünne und leichte Sticks , der andere etwas dickere und schwerere !? Ausprobieren !
