Excellent little machine!
So, first let me start by saying I don’t know if this is an authentic Sentei machine, but it’s pretty good so far! The only negative so far is, it doesn’t have the row counter. I’ve only had it a few days and I’ll admit the first 3-4 times I tried to get started with it, it was dropping stitches and I was starting to get frustrated. I refused to give up, and that made all the difference. I thought going with a loose stitch was the way to go, but what I learned it I needed medium tension to get a good product! Just trial and error. I watched YouTube videos to figure out the casting on and casting off. It’s pretty simple once you get the hang of it. It took me less than an hour to make the neck warmer in my pics. And that was just hand cranking at a steady pace. I could probably bust out caps in about an hour too. Looking forward to continuing on with this product. Just take your time and do a few trial and errors tests and it will work out. I used yarn that was thicker than what it came with and it turned out just fine. Pay attention to the tension you have on it and it should be fine. Good luck!

Cute Product, But Horrible Everything Else
The product itself came dirty and a piece of it was broken off. It was sent without one of the little prongs and the piece wasn’t in the box upon open, so it was sold like thar. I tried to use it for about an hour to test it out and there were many issues. The yarn that it came with had many spots where it was tied together after possibly being torn or cut. During use, the yarn stops looping properly after a certain amount of go-arounds. The product is flimsy and I believe that it was used before being sent out. Very disappointed. It was pink and white, looked just like picture other than the missing piece, but too many issues to be worthwhile. It was easy to put together and seemed like a nice birthday present. However, it left my partner very disappointed.

Not worth it ..
Used it for the first time, and it broke on me. I can only go so far way one and it won’t move any further.. it does this in both directions. This wasn’t cheap, and now I’m out the money, and a product.

I don't know if there's just something wrong with mine
I don't find it very easy to use. I find that it dropped stitches it's all right. I've heard other people have really good things to say about this so maybe there's something wrong with mine I just haven't had very good luck with it. I was really hoping that it would work.

Fantastic product!
I'm making beanies faster than I've ever made before. It takes a while to get the hang of it but I watched a couple of Youtube video and I was good to go. I've had no problems using this loom so far.

Directions
This product works well. My problem is with the directions! I had to go to YouTube to learn how to use it. I prefer have directions that I can read and refer back to if I need additional help!!

40 needle Santro works well
If you are looking for a Sentro like they use in the photos, that's not what you are going to get. They sent a Santro. I have the 40 needle machine - it makes youth size toques doubled (maybe an adult small if you like tight toques) or a snug adult medium toque with 1 layer. The first hat was the best because the machine was brand new. I've made 2 hats and maybe 15 headbands and can't go as fast as it used to without having a lot of dropped stitches now. You can't crank like crazy on this unless you are prepared to take the time fixing the dropped stitches but it is way quicker than traditional knitting. It does have spots that seem to snag and has become gradually louder when in use. I've had it for 2 weeks and it seems like the plastic is wearing away from grinding (?) and causing a fine dust. I expect it will require a tear down for cleaning and lubricating to get it working smoothly and possibly looking into replacement parts because it's plastic. I use my machines daily and this one only has minor annoyances and I expect any plastic knitting machine would have the same issues because it's plastic. If you get one, they are good to increase your knitting output, just take the time to read the instructions on how to cast on and watch some instructional videos on circular knitting machines.

Not worth the effort
You have to go very slow and pay attention. It drops a lot of stitches and then you have to start over if you don't catch them. It does ok on round, but flat doesn't work very well.
