How long does the ink last?

These are gel pens so they do not last as long as a ball point pen, but they seem to last awhile, especially if you get the medium point.

Are these lead free or do they comply to the astm standards?

They aren't lead. They are gel. Write like an extremely smooth pen.

Are these pens waterproof, or water resistant?

I am a waitress and cannot use these pens, they are not water-resistant or waterproof. The ink will bleed when water gets on the paper no matter how long of a time the ink has been able to dry.

I don't like throwing out an entire pen when ink runs out. Won't you please provide refills to save on waste? Thank you.

It looks like they do have a two pack of refills but it would be better if you could buy a few pens in a pack and lots of refills! They’re great pens but lots of waste.
