I imagine they are a bit pricey because they are a specialty item. These loop hooks are especially good for hanging looped electrical cards, air hoses, and hammers. Yes, I said hammers. As long as the hammers are not too heavy and I don't put too many on one bracket, these look hooks work very well. Have you ever tried to hang a hammer on a pegboard? The hooks are heavy duty, so I was able to use them on my pegboard wall for workshop items.
