Salon Bronze Airbrush Tanning System

We originally purchased this product strangely for my daughter’s participation in champion, Irish dancing. We like this particular product for ease of use and consistency of quality and color relative to other brands we would typically have to use or retouch tan from week to week. After she retired from Irish dance, my wife and her would continue to use their products, albeit at in a lighter shade. When applied, sometimes they would use a pad to ensure complete and even coverage. We just found this easier to do outside or on a large plastic sheet, Small disposable paint drop cloths work great. Or I suppose getting a reusable tarp would work as well. I only suggest this because we did get some overspray into a porous tile floor and it was sometimes difficult to get out of grout, especially. I would strongly suggest cleaning the nozzle after use as dried product left on the nozzle can cause irregularities in the spray pattern. I would also be somewhat careful in regards to the spray nozzle as we have broken a couple of them in the past. My wife says that she likes the fact this one didn’t have a tendency to turn green. Honestly, I don’t know what that means or what causes it, but I have seen girls that have that weird tint. So from a product perspective, I’d give it a five, but from an applicator perspective, I’d give that a 4 1/2.

I’ve used this brand for 6 years now! I’ll never buy anything different. Be very careful with the plastic! The color will not look right for 8 hours but Shake well, stand back and spray yourself! Wear it for 9 hours for best results! I do it every 7 days. My husband knows the smell down the hall and says it’s like home! Before photo is on the left and after photo is on the right! Def a night and day difference and makes it safe away from UV rays!

my dear readers and potential tanners , there is so much hype on people being upset and offer a less then educated review , I had used Bali Body and now i'm convinced on this. if you read it nice a big it says hold 12 inches away from yourself I did it and kept a nice thick brush with me, well the distance makes it go even and beautiful and you can do as many layers as you wish , I do love it and it's so easy I did it live on tiktok and showed my sis , i'm buying a refill and not even waiting to see , but says it will last 7 days , cool that i don't know but Good Bye Bali Bodyat 25 bucks and hello Suntan Salon Tan your superb I love it . highly recommend.

My daughter wanted a spray tan at the tanning salon but no way was I paying $40 for a tan that lasts for a week. This DID work, but noticed it was somewhat streaky and difficult to put on. No way I can imagine putting this on yourself unless you're very good! I think with practice it would look even better but for our first try it worked good! I'd try it again. Also you can find this cheaper at Sally's but I didn't feel like driving to town.

I was not impressed with this system. While the color it gives when developed is decent...its nearly impossible to get a good, even application. My trouble was, it didnt seem to give a nice even mist. Whenever I would first pull the trigger, it would squirt a stream of product that would then be concentrated in one area of my skin and be dripping down. I'd have to run and get a towel and wipe it all off my skin and start over. I then tried pointing it away from my body when first pulling the trigger but then it would squirt the stuff all over my white walls or on my carpet and Id have to clean that up too. I tried everything I could think of to get it to stop doing that. I would squeeze the trigger as gently as possible but it would still do it every single time. It never failed. It was painstaking getting a nice even tan. And another thing was how expensive it ended up being! Im a pretty petite person at 5ft and 110 lbs and I could still only do maybe 2 to 3 applications before it was time to buy a new cartridge. It honestly ended up being cheaper for me to just buy spray tan sessions at my local tanning salon. So my salon bronze will either be thrown away, or will be put away in a box somewhere and likely never used again.

I LOVE THIS!!! they used to sell at Sally's, but no longer carry it. I buy the refills now from Amazon as well!

I've been using this spray for many years, because I like the color and I like the fact that it doesn't stink or smell like anything else. However, the plastic gun applicator needs to be made differently. It's very easy to break, which is hard to explain without showing someone. But there's two knobs if you want to call it that on either side of the gun that you squeezed together in order to drop the empty cartridge out and those become very brittle over time and break and once they break you have to buy a new one. Maybe that's the plan.

I luv this color - perfect. I have had 3 guns in the past and every one has broken on the sides. I am very careful. The other problem is you have to wait and shake it often to re-apply. But it is by far the best color I have found and it sprays very well at any angle - getting the upper back, etc.
