Positives: There's a main switch to turn on the processor, and there are also separate switches on each head. So, if you don't want to use the back bulb, you can just turn it off! It works very quickly. It gets hot fast, but not so hot that it burns the client's head. If used according to the manufacturer's instructions, it works perfectly! The arms bend and move however you need them to, in order to fit each individual client. Long cord is very convenient. VERY easy to assemble. Negatives: Unless the person using the processor has super long hair, the back bulb is totally unnecesary. If I had it to do over again, I would buy the 3 head Pibbs. I usually keep the 4th head turned off. A sales rep later told me that most stylists end up saying the same thing. Also, the product is rather large, so it takes up a pretty good bit of space. All in all, FANTASTIC PRODUCT! Review: My version of Sauna - I had already written a review but it didn't show up, I used the desertcart supplied links to do so. Maybe I did something wrong. So here we go again. Very nice lamp. I use it for an in house portable sauna. Many versions and types of commercial and homemade lamp saunas. I thought this would be a great way to do one for myself, not the cheapest but far from the most expensive and it is already mostly assembled!!! I roll it where I need it very easily to do my sauna session then simply fold the lamp arms up out of the way (straight up) when done and roll it back out of the way till next time. Very handy and works just like I needed. It is also very convenient that the lamps can be turned on/off with their own switch or with the master switch. Again, I use this for a heat lamp sauna. Everybody's situation is probably different but this worked perfectly for me.
