Sturdy and has one side ONLY LETTERS which is appreciated
Very thick/sturdy with well printed images. My set came a little bent but it's easy enough to take the stack and gently bend them back to straight.I very much appreciated that one side on this set is ONLY LETTERS so you can quiz your kiddo on the letters and know they're actually remembering the letter's shape (and not just memorizing the image of the "car" or whatever and associating that instead of the letter). The choice of words associated with the letters was good and age-appropriate. No "Q is for Quinine" or anything weird like that - all normal "basic" words that a toddler would know. The ring holding the stack has a snap so you can easily take cards off/on if you want to (e.g. practice ordering the letters).

Great cards - mod styling - good vocab builder too
These are fabulous cards, and have a sort of mod styling which is cute. The card themselves are high end - nice glossy treatment to the surface makes them durable to little hands and easy for me to clean up when sticky. The turn nicely on the plastic ring, however, the ring on this set is looser than the ring on the "colors" set we also bought. A drop of super glue will solve that for me, since I have no intention of taking them off the ring and later having to hunt them down in the house, but for someone who want sit to stay together and still be able to open them, this may be an issue. The pictures are pretty clear, in my opinion, and my 4 yr old was able to identify all of the pictures with their letter without issue. The K for Kangaroo could have been more obvious, but she got it so I guess it wasn't a problem. My 2.5 yr old identified most of them aside from xylophone (piano), volcano (mountain), and yo-yo. I didn't really expect her to know those, so I don't think it is a fault with the cards. Overall I'd buy them again for a gift, but there are more simplistic ABC cards out there for teaching your child the ABCs. The back side of the cards are perfectly simple though, and I love the bold, clean A on the back of the Apple card, etc. Those are nice for using to teach!

So much better on a ring! 👍🏼
These are the BEST flash cards for babies and toddlers! I got these after losing way too many flash cards. These are great because the ring keeps them together. The ring seems pretty durable and the cards are a great thickness; so far, no ripping or tearing, even with some abuse from my 21 month old.I got another set to put in his Easter basket. These would make a great gift! We also love using these for scavenger hunts outside or in the house. I’ll find a common object and have him look for it (or I’ll stage the area with some things from around the house). Perfect for learning object recognition, colors, and first words.Highly recommend all of the sets from this brand! Hope this helps. 😉

Child Loves them!
My 20 month old loves these flash cards -- they keep him entertained for a bit in his car seat while driving and he can independently flip through naming the animals/objects. They are very sturdy, but be warned that they aren't coated, so if your kiddo still mouths things, the edges will disintegrate (the 20 month old has already chewed off quite a few edges...).

Coated cardboard isn’t super sturdy, but great visuals
My son, who has autism, LOVED these. I am only giving 4 stars because I wish they were laminated not coated cardboard. He mouths a lot of things and was able to get them off the string.

Flashcards
These flash cards were great for my 2 yr old grandson. I loved the fact that they were connected so we didn’t lose any and he loved the pictures (and the praise when he got them right!!!)

Learning tablets
We practice everyday, my baby is recognizing the words and what they are! She will now grab a toy or point to an object of the word!
