Masterclass Professional Icing Set

Great quality

I had the P*mpered Ch*f version of this prior, and was SUPER disappointed in the quality of that item (being all plastic, one of the rings broke within a couple of months, meaning that every time I used it I have frosting leaking out the side and making a huge mess). This professional set is just that, professional. It's very strong and well constructed (nothing has broken and it certainly seems as though it will last a long time, not to mention you can squeeze cookie dough from it, so it has to be strong). There are lots of options for icing and cookie shapes. And it's very easy to clean. I'm really happy with this purchase (AND it arrived fasted than estimated, which was a bonus)!

Bought this for my daughter to use for making spritz cookies and decorative Christmas cookies. Was pleased with how fast we received it considering where it was shipped from. Like that it comes in a case, wish the case had a lid that stayed on. This is not a locking lid and it just falls off if it is bumped. Had to tape it to get it to stay on when put away. The choice of tips and cookie disc is good, however the handle is difficult to screw on as it doesn't seem to want to sit just right, have to play with it. Clean up is not bad at all. Have only used 2 times for small jobs. Will see what happens when put to the real test. All in all, I am pleased and would recommend it!

Bought this for my girlfriend, a pastry chef with a specialty in cupcakes and frosting decorating. I don't know any of the terms or technicalities of decorating, but I knew this would be great for her. She tends to make thicker frosting and every time after finishing a few batches she'd complain about the pain in her hands and wrists (or she'd beg me to help her pipe). When I saw this and compared it to other options, it just seemed to be superior - equally in terms of its build and ease of use. Its primary function is as a cookie extruder, as evident by the plethora of dies and the ratcheting-action of the handle. We quickly learned that simply holding down the ratchet locking mechanism allowed for easier continuous frosting. I recommend purchasing a separate set of tips if you're intending on using this for frosting. The tips we got are fine and will see a lot of use, but there isn't a very good variety.

Flimsy and cheaply made. Refilling it is a pain. The gadget leaks as you use it. Can not recommend it at all.

Very well made and operates smoothly, Bought this for making body butters and works like a champ. arrived as promised and the packagng was well done. If you are ooking for a great cake icing tool then this is a great choice for the money. Dont waste your money on plastic ones as they do ot last.

I'm very impressed with this icing tool! I use it for making cupcake bath bombs, and it works great! I was looking for an icing tool that was mostly metal, and that would be durable enough to use with my cookie dough consistency "icing". This tool does the job and then some! Plus, if you look at the Wilton icing tool you can't get nearly as many tips or cookie forms as you can with this one! With Wilton you have to choose between an icing tool or a cookie press, but this is two in one which gives excellent versatility! Shipped from England to the US with no trouble at all!

I loved the idea of a cookie press - and this one seemed ideal. I used it the first time shortly after receiving delivery, and after I got into the swing of things found it ridiculously simple. The cookies are a perfect size for little treats or snacking, and look so cute! I did find the first time that when I changed the shape on the press (I wanted to try a few different ones) I had to press the dough through a few times before it started to stick to the (baking paper-covered rather than greased) cookie sheet and held its shape. However, the second time I used it, with a different cookie dough recipe, it came out properly. The only issue I have had with the cookie press is that through the info available tells you how to fill and use it, there were no cleaning instructions. The first time I used it I couldn't get it clean thoroughly inside - because I didn't know how to remove the plunger part to get to wash behind it. I discovered before I used the press the second time that if you use a thin knife between the tube of the cookie press and the plunger, you can really easily remove the plastic plunger and from that it is simple to clean! Now that is sorted...just have to try to find my favourite press cookie recipe!

La pistola es fuerte, de facil manejo y se desmonta facilmente para limpiar. Las galletas salen ideales y chulisimas. Se introduce la masa, se presiona hasta que sale la primera galleta que descartamos (ya volveremos a introducirla con mas masa), se apoya sobre la bandeja de horneado, se dispara y se retira, ya tenemos nuestra primera galleta y asi con todas. Tanta variedad de boquillas da para hacer muchos modelos distintos. Las boquillas para la nata no las he usado pero tambien son duras y el manejo es facil.
