Stick with the plastic ones, it's too stiff for bone scrapping and often rips up the meat. Your fellow meat cutters will glance at you like you're dressed like a clown when you bust it out tho, and then laugh when you throw it right in the trash.

The metal bends if you bang it too hard against the pail. But your going to have to in order to get the caked up bone dust off of the scraper.

Pretty straightforward product, the feel of using it is different than the plastic ones. I actually prefer it over plastic now that I've used it for a couple weeks in the meat department.
