I need copper for copper deficiency and I need 8 mg per day to keep the Copper level stable in my bloodstream. Note zinc eats copper there’re I have t tailor my real onvitamin supplements basked on my bloodwork done at least four times per year not copper but other minerals as well. Note recommended for everyone since every body’s vitamin deficiency or over supply can only be measured by bloodwork a one vitamin pill with all the essential vitamins is not the best choice as many people will have varying supplements based on both nutrition from diet and genetics. An annual exam with complete blood work including the levels of minerals in the blood is important if a deficiency is found then only supplement(s) for the deficiency can be added or diet change to reduce mineral levels that are abnormally high.

This is a good copper supplement overall. The quality is definitely there. Full disclosure I've taken this supplement for a few years now. These pills are very small, but once in a while I have difficulty swallowing them. I'm uncertain as to why that is in all honesty. There is no flavor if you swallow them in my experience with them. I have never tasted them at least. I didn't take them for pain relief and never noticed that benefit to be honest. GNC is a good brand, but can be a bit pricey directly from them. I was happy to see this offered on Amazon. I'd recommend this supplement to others. Thank you.
