My wife stole my original headphones that came with one of my old Samsung cell phones. This was the brand and the performance was great. I don't hear complaints about background noise when I am on Teams calls; I've been told they can hear me clearly. The cord isn't heavy and is long enough for most needs (I haven't found the cord too short for any of my needs). The sound quality is great; tight highs, rich lows. I don't abuse my ear drums anymore so I don't turn these up too loud. They have worked well with conference calls, music, social media reels, and movies. The USB-C fitting was the selling point for me; no adapter necessary for my cell phone and laptop. I hope you enjoy. (The set my wife stole from me are at least 5 years old and are still going strong. She enjoys them so much, she wouldn't give them back.)

I stand by AKG considering I have bought a microphone from them as well and it has incredible sound quality I stick by these products because they're one of the few brands in today's world that actually keeps up their reputation since Sony kind of went downhill and so did pioneer and JVC AKG is one of the few brands that have kept up there craft for quality when it comes to sound I like the fact that it has rounded curves which is really good for when I go to the gym it makes it very convenient for listening to music as well as when I use it on my phone it has very good audio quality and optimized as well with my doubly Atmos effect that my Motorola carries

I purchased a set of these headphones. I believe the sound was better than, the one I received with my phone. I had an issue after using it for one day. It would cut off and I would hear some static. I reached out to explain my problem. I went with the Amazon procedures and replacing my item. Which took less than 5 minutes. I was given a replacement within 3 days. I returned the bad one through a Kohls distributor. I am satisfied with the replacement. I believe the price of $25 is a decent number for the item. I am giving an honest opinion from someone who purchased the headphones. I don't have any issues using it, on my Samsung S20 Ultra 5G.

UPDATE: Returned the defective set and ordered a replacement which came quickly. The replacement set worked as it should. Guess I just got a lemon the first time. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: Ordered two of these and only one set worked. Tried the non-working one in 2 different phones and still didn't work. Plugged and unplugged multiple times. Made sure they were fully seated/ plugged in and still didn't work. Tried multiple apps and nothing. Noticed that the connector got really hot. The working unit didn't heat up like that. Time to return. What a hassle.

Makes a terrible clicking sound through the mic. Now, only the other person can hear it on a call. But, you can hear it if you record a video and move the cable. The earbuds are uncomfortable and dont stay in well, also dont sound great... I'm pretty disappointed. AKG is a well respected company in the sound engineering world, but they really failed on this one. Side note: I bout 2 pair and they both do the exact same thing.

This is the third pair I buy. I mean, it's great audio quality, although doesn't last more than 2 years of continous use or so.

When compared to my older pair of akg earbuds of the same model, these are definitely knockoffs. The cable covers & optional earpieces are thinner in comparison to my genuine pair. The soundstage in these are neutral & are suitable for gaming though. If you are expecting audiophile level sounds or some dynamic bass, look elsewhere.
