Seems like it would work well for small pets
It is too small for my large dog to use unfortunately. It does work well to replace the magnet emergency stop to the treadmill that my toddler has hidden somewhere however, so there's that.

Worked as advertised
They work great. Only complaint is the magnet sticks to the coller ring and keeps it close to the cats neck and makes it harder to activate the cat door. But it works as advertised.

NOT for microchip doors
I know I'm not the only one who made this mistake, because next to the PetSafe microchip-reading rfid cat door on Amazon is this item, "frequently purchased together". I didn't see any other collar attachments so I ordered it because I have one cat with an incompatible microchip for the PetSafe microchip/rfid door. Well, it doesn't work. The only RFID collar attachment I could find was a 3rd party one. I'm considering buying a few microchips and just injecting an extra into my incompatible cat.

Works with my Solo with my 80 lb pitbull
Works perfect with my Solo pet door with my 80 lb Pitbull…Not sure what the pet’s weight has to do with the size of the magnet… works with my 5 lb Chihuahua and also my 80 lb Pit

Bad product
Did not work on my dog door that utilizes a magnet. Operates with my magnetic screw driver and when I pass by with a vacuum. Minimum return freight was $26.00 plus. One or more review said it would work for dogs. Yes, the magnet will attach to a dog collar, but it does not operate my door. Do not buy from Amazon if it ships from a foreign country
