Pretty bag
It was very well packaged When it came, I only took out the dust bag until I was ready to actually use it. So couple weeks after receiving it I finally decided to use the bag and met the paint chip or unfinished at the shoulder part of the chain. That’s the first con the second con is when the bag gets “too full” it dents in the middle. I have read on other sites and watch few saying that the color does chip but I was surprise that it came already chipped. I will not return the bag but I heard clear nail polish well help with the chipping and if you don’t want a color that chips get the gold or the sliver. It’s a nice bag to run errands, appointments and going out . I would suggest to watch reviews on YouTube as to what fits. The leather is a bit soft and squishy, it’s not very structured. I will buy again but not with black hard ware

NOT FOR ME
I had to return the bag because the length of the strap was not long enough to wear crossbody. Also, it didn't have the soft feel of leather. The quilted design looks beautiful and the inside of the bag has plenty of room.As for the seller Shopbop, the bag was packaged very well and the return process was easy and fast. .

Chipping paint on chain strap.
Absolutely love this purse. I am returning it however due to the black paint chipping off the chain. Very sad because the purse is awesome!

My new favorite everyday bag
I literally love this bag! It's actually smaller than I thought it would be, which is no problem as the sizing is still spacious. The quality is so good and feels luxurious.

Very nice bag
Both the material and workmanship of the bag is very good. The organization is good and I like the fact that the chain is black and there’s no concern of matching it to your drawing.

No dust bag.. very disappointed
Not a cheap bad. And no dust bag included. VERY DISAPPOINTING still not sure i am going to keep it....
