Review: Great Buy - Bought this water cooler for my parents. An upgrade from there top loading cooler. This bottom loader makes everything so much more efficient and easier to work. Now my mother can easily replace the bottles with little strain. Was worried at first with some reviews about how some had leak issues, loud noises and cold water not being cold enough. Well its safe to say that I had neither of these issues with the water cooler. Little to no noise. Slight hum, crisp cold water. With absolutely no leaks. The one thing that may bother some people is that when the water level is low the cooler leaves about a full glass full of water at the very bottom of the jug. This is not a bad thing.... Over all, I love this product and my folks are thankful for it.

I only turn it on when I need tea or coffee and I can be reassured the little ones can't access the hot water. It only take a few moments for the water to heat up too, which is a big plus. It also comes with another button on the back to turn off and on the cold water option, to save energy. I think it is a great feature for offices too, because at the end of the day they can both be switched off. The machine also has a night light on the back. I have been very please with this purchase, it has been something I have wanted to do for a while now and I am so glad I did.

Bought this water cooler for my parents. An upgrade from there top loading cooler. This bottom loader makes everything so much more efficient and easier to work. works wonderfully, best unit I have ever bought. Quiet, barely know it is running, water is hot for my morning tea, and ice cold for everything else, the room temp water is great for the pets in my home. The fact that the water bottle is hidden underneath is nice as well as easy for me to change rather than having to wait for my husband to do it. the only issue was the coupons that came with the unit for bottles of water (which Walmart carries) were already expired 6 months ago.
