As expected…which is great!

Every sports dog person needs one!
Easy to use. Fits my 2017 explorer well. Allows for air flow but large dogs can't get out. Absolutely needed at trials, training classes or anything your dog needs to spend time in a car safely

Am using this product on a VW Golf Estate. I keep dog in a cage, so no chance of him trying to get out. Allows air circulation in hot weather in public areas with the side windows down.

Ich habe von der Heckklappensicherung jeweils zwei kurze und zwei mittlere Ausführungen gekauft. Die Sicherungen sind zwar was die Schweißnähte angeht von der Verarbeitung her nicht das Nonplusultra, aber sie machen genau das, was sie sollen: Die Heckklappe sichern. Ansonsten sind sie zu anderen Heckklappensicherungen solide und stabil gebaut, so daß z.B ein aufbiegen des Sicherungshakens nur extrem schwer möglich ist. Kleiner Tipp: Je nachdem, wie groß bzw. wie stark der Schließbügel am Kofferraum ist, sollte der Sicherungshaken an der Sicherung mit 2 - 3 kräftigen Schlägen etwas enger gemacht werden. Dazu den Haken bis zum Gewindeende in das Rohr einschrauben und mit einem Hammer den Öffungswinkel des Hakens verringern.
