I got this in week 9 of recovering from a herniated L5/S1 disc. There is a constant pain on the right leg lateral side. I do not have the strength to do ROM and this strap gave me INSTANT relief. If I don’t do it 2-3 times a day I’m so stiff I can hardly walk, which throws my other muscles off and chain effect. I am 5’8 and ordered the long one. It’s way too long lol but I just pull it tighter. I like that it will store easily and long enough any family member can use it for recovery. Highly recommend! Good quality. I’m fluffy and it supports me no problem.

This strap is so great for all the stretching my chiropractor says I need to do. I'm terrible at doing it but this seems to make it easier and I feel so much better after doing it. It can be hard to really get the stretch you need without using anything and this is just the perfect strap to help with its multiple levels. I also sometimes do some yoga routines that I find online which you need props and straps for. This is affordable, much more affordable than many others and works just as well if not better. This is sturdy and will hold up well and I'm not afraid of hurting myself if it were to break like other more poorly made versions.

I searched through several similar products but settled on this one because it looked pleasing and functional. It is nearly perfect for what I wanted. I wish it was slightly longer, but I am fairly tall so this should work for most people. It still works well for me. I found some great resources on youtube that I can follow along to. I have quite severe back problems and this has really helped with pain management and mobility. Great purchase for my flexibility and health.

I like that there are loops on the belt but this is not something I can use for my shoulder exercise. I thought that whole belt was stretchable, but it is not. Only the loops stretch which has limited range. If you want larger range you cannot use it, so this belt is pretty much useless for the purpose I bought it.
