**Q: has anyone used this on a large dog? if so, how does it stay in place on the dog?**
A: I added Velcro to mine so it’ll stay in place, otherwise I have to hold it the whole time, it is big enough that would fit a big dog but you’ll have to improvise and add Velcro or some kind of strap.

**Q: How do you put the ice pack into the wrap**
A: The pack is filled with gel that gets cold
And freezes in the freezer. You don’t need to add ice. It just gets cold and then you can put it on your neck or any sore area.

**Q: was this product supposed to come with a wrap or sleeve? I see it in all the pictures but I did not receive one.**
A: No, I just wrapped it in a towel or old T-shirt so it wasn't directly on my skin.

**Q: Can this be heated as well?**
A: not sure haven't used it for that.  I don't put in freezer because it becomes rock hard.
