Good quality supplement for general wellbeing
Dr. Berg Trace Minerals is a good quality supplement, but I still feel I'm paying more for the name/brand than the actual product.I do like that the product uses natural ingredients and that it keeps the % Daily Values under 100% (I hate when brands do supplements with 300-1000%, it's wasting minerals/vitamins).As a background, I am an active healthy female in her early 30s, I do both high endurance (running, long hikes) and strength training, I'm eating mostly good quality clean foods, but not following a keto or low carb diet. I don't have any significant mineral deficiencies, but I usually take minerals for preventions.Overall I felt slightly better and energetic taking these supplements, they're nice to have, but neither a must or miracle maker.One of my top mineral requirements is Zinc, without a supplement I tend to get dry skin and thin nails. Usually I see results in 2-3 weeks with a good Zinc supplement and this happened with this product as well. It also somewhat boosts my immune system.The magnesium helps me with anxiety, sleeping and general wellbeing. Can't say that this supplement did a lot for my sleep, but mentally I felt slightly better than usual. Along with the other minerals is somewhat helps with recovery after longer workouts.I didn't noticed any benefits from the extra iron, iodine and calcium, but as a woman I feel better knowing that I am covered on this side.The pills are regular sized, easy to take (but I usually don't have issues with larger pills) and didn't caused me stomach issues or reflux (even with taking them while fasting).As a small female I find one pill is more than enough.

Eliminated Leg Cramps!!
Got horrible leg cramps? Try Dr. Berg's trace minerals! My extreme night cramps involving my entire leg from heel to buttocks) turned into daytime cramps that were so severe, that I thought I would end up in a nursing home... I couldn't walk the cramps off. I couldn't do anything to get the cramps to stop happening and they were happening all throughout the day. So that meant I couldn't drive, because I could possibly cause an accident, and perhaps injure others and myself. I was using vitamin D coupled with magnesium (both are dependent on each other for absorption). I was making sure that everything I ate was not anything that would trigger muscle tightening. I gave up coffee and chocolate completely because caffeine made the leg cramps worse. I eliminated NSAIDs over the counter medications because they trigger leg cramps as well. I was taking a multivitamin, along with B vitamins, and other supplements, as well as eating and organic well-balanced diet. For many years the answer to my leg cramps was to take a collagen supplement everyday. Collagen binds to other nutrients and so it helped my body retain the nutrients that caffeine was leaching out of my system. For many years all I had to do was take three collagen capsules a day and I was good to go with no leg cramps. But eventually the caffeine caught up with me. My body was so depleted of Essentials that it needed, yet I didn't know it. I didn't know what to reach for. IT WASN'T UNTIL I ADDED DR. BERG'S TRACE MINERALS to my life, that I was able to eliminate those leg cramps. The trace minerals were truly the missing key. I have never relied solely upon the trace minerals alone to solve my leg cramps issue. But it is important to note that I can do everything else, however if I skip the trace minerals element, then nothing else is enough and the cramps come back within 24 hours. So the trace minerals are a daily regimen for me now. And I have to maintain the elimination of caffeine. If I want coffee I drink decaf. I can occasionally have some dark chocolate or milk chocolate but I have to be very careful. I would encourage anyone who is suffering from leg cramps to try these trace minerals along with B complex vitamins and a multivitamin as well as Vitamin D and magnesium glycinate. To note, magnesium glycinate will not hit your intestines in such a way that it causes diarrhea. Be careful though, too much magnesium can cause extreme fatigue. Easy To Take And Effective
