I can't think of a logical reason to order these pure sugar candy snacks. However, I have loved this candy for many, many years. The ends of the straws used to be folded. What a trusting world we lived in 50 years ago. I'm about to place another order for this product in a larger size bag. I miss some of the old flavors, but the current ones are outstanding. These are fun to enjoy and always provide the same great taste sensations.

I buy a lot of our candy at amazon through subscribe and save because in the long run it is cheaper. I rarely get a request to buy candy at the gas station because I can point out that there is already candy at home. I am careful about what candy I buy in bulk, because some candy you can't keep very long (chocolate for example) without it getting melted or stale. These Pixy Stix are perfect for our candy stash. Don't get me wrong, we do have fruits and veggies in the house too! You can't go wrong with Pixy Stix, most kids love them. As someone said earlier, they are great for stocking stuffers too.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying a 12 pack because I was concerned they might be bags nearing their expiration dates. Not to worry, the expiration date is Oct 2018 (at this review time it is June 2017), just like all the bags I buy at the local stores that carry Pixy Stix.I've bought bags before that were wonky where the product had turned to a solid inside the straw and tasted off even after cutting the straw open length-wise to get the "Pixy Dust" out.....you know you're a Pixy Stix junkie when you find yourself literally standing over a bowl trying to cut that straw open to get your fix. (Note: Never got bags like that from Amazon, but from a local chain store that I'm not going to throw under the proverbial bus).I definitely would recommend buying the 12 pack if you go through these like I do. I saved roughly 20% buying in bulk from what the single packages cost.......and now I sound like a Geiko commercial. :-)

I paid $16.99 for 12 packages and only 1 arrived. Definitely not good business. This will obviously need to be taken care of.

Huge success with my project I did and have plenty more for goodie bags coming up completely happ with this purchase .

But this and full a bowl with these trick or treaters can take several and you won’t be running out

I am a Pixy Stix addict. They have recently changed their product from a pink and purple exterior of the bag to all pink and candy is not the same. I am always happy to see the pink and purple exterior bags and ordered a case. Only to see upon delivery that the bags are all pink and I am completely dissatisfied. I even posed the question "Are the bags pink and purple on the outside" and was told yes. Unfortunately I'm not a happy camper
