Can you mix it with something other than water?

I’m pretty sure you can mix it with anything. I always mixed it with water. I am one of those people that hate liquid medicine and would throw up with anything liquid and this just tasted like the water was a little sweeter. Barely any taste at all. You could probably mix it with anything.

Has anyone 39 of age or up used this product and have success?

Yes! I'm 43 and got pregnant a month after using this product.

Does this help if in pre menopause?

Not sure if you are still looking for an answer to this, but my doctor recommended this supplement to me and there’s a chance I could be entering pre-menopause (I’m 39). Good luck :)
