Terracotta pots are best for drainage purposes but I wanted a different color so I chose these. They are a nice crisp white & a good size. The only issue I encountered was with packaging. They are stacked 2 high & upon opening 1 was broken & another was cracked. I bought these pots to plant some herbs in my apartment - a hobby I picked up during COVID-19 lockdown. Everything arrived in good shape. The color white is matt finish. What could be better are: 1) If the manufacture can use recyclable material for packing and still get them delivered to customers in good shape that would be even better. 2) They have a terra cotta version of the same style which is $10 cheaper. I can’t imaging painting the pot white could cost $10 more. They should be the same price. But I am happy with the product.
