**Q: Can the bands be changed to add more resistance?**
A: The bands have 3 different resistance positions and mine are still on the 1st level after a couple months! Very decent construction and excellent resistance. I would also recommend getting the handle accessory, as well. One of the better purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon. Rob Wheeler

**Q: Where do you get the arm attachment?**
A: On Amazon (USA).

**Q: Where would you get replacement bands?**
A: I assume customer service can get them for you. I've had mine for a year and using it regularly (well, 3 times a week) and have had no trouble.

**Q: Could someone please tell me what the maximum weight resistance is?**
A: I've never seen anything regarding exact resistance. I use the lightest resistance and it's plenty good for me. I am older and have been exercising for many years, the Core Magic has good resistance, better than similar products I've used.

This device is not for the advanced or pro athlete. I am an elite trainer. There needs to be much heavier resistance bands included. The heaviest resistance level is similar to doing a basic crunch with a 10lb plate...I concept of this tool is brilliant however I would be beneficial if I could feel the resistance..
