Will this work on my white wicker outdoor patio set?

I don't know about wicker but it works on vinyl siding and worked on my car. I had water stains on both from my sprinkler system and it removed it pretty easily.

Does it remove rust stains from concrete?

Yes it does! I use to remove sprinkler rust stains from stucco.

Will this work for imbedded hardwater and rust stains on fiberglass tub

I would think so. It’s very effective on all types of tough stains on the boat, so I don’t see why it would not work in rust stains on tubs.

Will this work on canvas?

Yes I used it on the canvas of my pop up camper.
