Hi do you know if the cabin filter brand Mann Filter for $26.45 is for 2 quantities or only 1?

This one box contains 2 filters as shown in the current picture. I think the "-2" in the model number refers to this quantity.

Where is it manufactured?

It depends on the make of the car. BMW and Audi are still German made. Many Mann filters for American cars are made in China. The package I got from Mann for my former BMW X6 said made in Germany.
