Qwix Mix Rain Shield Windshield Washer Fluid Concentrate, 1 Bottle makes 32 Gallons– Repels Rain

My family uses a lot of windshield washer fluid. We live on the coast in Florida and deal with love bug swarms twice per year. We used to store several gallons of washer fluid to ensure it was always on hand. This concentrate works equally as well as the premade gallons, it uses less shelf space in the garage, and is less than half the cost of Walmart's cheapest premade jug.

I was skeptical but decided to give this stuff a try. It seems to work fairly good as a washer fluid. I started using during the summer months and didn’t think much of it. Yesterday, We had our first big rain storm of the season. I was amazed how well it worked as a water repellent. To me, it seems to work as well as Rain-X and you don’t need to apply it. The only downside that I have found so far is you have to use more product per gallon than recommended by the manufacturer. I doubled the amount to make it work effectively. I will definitely purchase again.

Worth the quantity . Performance is a variable on how you dilute the mix. It’s streak free with a stronger mix. If use ig I. Car like I am the temperature matters.

GREAT GOOGLIE MOOGLIE'S IT WORKS!!! I have been using RAIN-X for over 30 years on daily drivers & race cars. I use RAIN-X Latitude Wipers on 1 car & Qwix Mix Rain Shield on another with inexpensive wiper blades. The cheap blades with Qwix Mix Rain Shield perform just as well as RAIN-X Latitude Wipers $$$. So Qwix Mix Rain Shield will extend the life of the RAIN-X blades & will save me a ton of $$$ when it is time to replace. So save that gallon milk jug, mix in some Qwix Mix Rain Shield & you will love to drive in the rain again!!!

Not too hard to measure and mix but if you get any of the concentrate on your skin or clothing it stains it blue.

Great price, works well, small packaging and you add water means it's "greener" to ship and use compared to buying a gallon jug at a time, too. I was worried that a mere 1/4 oz would make 1 gallon of windshield washer fluid. But it works great -- cleaned off bugs, dirt, and tree sap quickly, dried quickly, left no streaks. For winter, I'm not sure I want to buy and add methanol to keep it from freezing. I may look into ethanol (denatured alcohol) instead. But at the least for warmer weather it is awesome.

This is just basic blue washer fluid that every quick oil change shop puts in for free. This does not remove bugs.
