Having lost 40 pounds in the last six months, my tummy has really started trimming down. Oddly enough I developed a hot spot that wouldn't go away. I looked into reasons and humans have yeast that lives on the surface of their body that can overgrown and cause hot spots. Against my better judgement, I decided to use a little of this. Surprisingly the spot not only cleared up, it's never returned. This powder is soothing and has a pleasant fragrance. A dab will do ya. Highly, highly recommend if you are suffering from hot spots in your skin folds.

I love the smell of this powder! My Dermatologist told me it’s OK to put on the body parts that sweat the most it is as a wonderful smell and I just love it. I definitely give it a five.

This works really well, ingredients are fine and no skin irritation. A little hard to apply as it will go everywhere so be careful. Is pretty small but you also don't need much.

So if you don't have insurance/can't get Nystatin, this works well under breasts. It isn't perfect - try to keep cotton or bamboo washcloths between your breasts and skin -but it works much better than most other things. There orange colored label does not work on yeast. If you can, get Puregen, it works bests. Last time I tried to help people with a "what works" review, Amazon removed my comments so they may do it again, but for women suffering this problem repeatedly - it's an insanely expensive medical condition to fix. Don't use cream, use powders. This or Puregen.
