Not bad
Quality is good, the product itself is an interesting grain, it's not bad with some maple syrup. Seems to take to sweet flavors better than savory. Weird texture but that's not the fault of the brand.

Easy prep. Good for breakfast
Good stuffI make with water and add spicesI do not add sweetener, product has hint of sweet. I prep in 30 mins. Refrigerate for 2-3 days. Very filling. Clean taste. I use in shake after cooking instead of oat meal. Goes a ling way as it swells.Will continue to buy this product

Mix with fruit of your choice & a touch of organic maple syrup - tasty - Or organic raisins with cinnamon & maple syrup. Great in soups/stews. Sprinkle on salads or add to smoothies. Great product

Not what I expected
It was a bit dense for cereal. One lady suggested her daughter had made popcorn. Well it pops but it's so tiny and isn't exactly a snack, we had a good laugh though ;->
