Loving this high quality trampoline
I read tons of reviews before deciding to buy this particular trampoline and here is my experience so far: - The boxes did arrive a little beat up, but the pieces inside were in perfect shape, no damage, no missing pieces. - The trampoline part was SO easy to set up. It took myself and my kids less than an hour. There are no screws, it all just fits together. The spring pulling tool that's included makes installing the springs go quickly, the first ones are a tougher to pull, but it gets easier as you get it stretched out. - The enclosure is more time consuming to put up. The directions aren't fantastic, but it's easy enough to figure out. The worst part is tightening the tiny nuts, and there are 40 of them! The little wrench they give you is the correct tool, but it slides off the nuts and is the worst part of the set up. - I watched other brands set up on youtube and I was excited that the padding on the poles comes already on the poles. - I chose this trampoline mostly because of it's 800 lbs. weight allowance, I wanted myself and my 3 teenage kids to be able to jump on it together. I also want it to last 10 years and this seems like it will. We've had this trampoline for 3 weeks now and it's amazing. You can feel the high quality. I plan to leave it up all winter (we have harsh winters) since the company promotes that you can. I'll update my review once we've had it for a year, but I anticipate it'll be fine!

Great Trampoline!
We have had ours up for about 2 months more. Our daughters (7 and 10) absolutley love this trampoline! They use it EVERY DAY. It is so much nicer than the cheaper ones I have seen in local stores. We opted for this one because of the MUCH higher weight capacity. The whole family can jump together. It really wasn't that hard to put together. Came in quickly, and took me about 4 hours by myself taking breaks because IT WAS HOT OUTSIDE! LOL. It came with everything I needed. The included spring puller worked just fine and wasn't too flimsy. The longest part as others have mentioned was sewing the net to the mat. Take your time on this part and don't pull the cord too fast, or you can burn a hole in the spring cushion. Also, be careful on the top of the net. There are 2 different lengths that need to be alternated to work correctly. If you don't, it will be weirdly lopsidedsend have the potential to break easily as I am assuming some people here might have done looking at some some of the negative reviews. I don't have anything negative to say about it other than at this price point, they really should have included the ladder as well. Hopefully my kids will be enjoyingit for years to come.

Awesome sharp looking and well constructed trampoline!
This trampoline is amazing! Very impressed by quality of construction and easy to build. You definitely get what you pay for and I am so glad I went with Acon. This particular design is just top-notch and safe too. But here are a few tips for assembly: 1) Choose correct size for your needs. I bought the 15' and live on almost an acre. Still it was WAY bigger than I expected in person. Very happy with it, but had I had a smaller yard it would have been a problem. 2) For the 15' size choose installation location wisely. Once you get everything together - just the frame and spring mat - it gets very heavy and hard to move without 3-4 people. 3) Get 3M all-weather outdoor duct tape! They don't tell you this. You need to tape each joint on the tube frame if you ever want to move it around, otherwise they will come apart. They just dry fit together and basically the spring mat with springs create the tension to hold it together. But nothing hold the legs together. 4) When you lace the nylon string through the screen netting and outside spring cover pad, take your time and do not pull it too fast. The nylon surfaces get hot fast and I melted a small area of the spring cover mat by pulling the string too quickly. Very very happy with this purchase!

Absolutely no regrets, worth every penny!
We purchased this trampoline for Christmas 2015. I did a ton of research before replacing our old trampoline because I didn't want to have to replace it 2 years later. I have six kids ranging in age from 2 - 11, five of them are boys, oldest is probably 130 lbs. I know from experience that my kids can tear anything up in a matter of hours. I don't usually write reviews unless I feel extremely compassionate about something and this is one of those times. Our trampoline has been through a lot in the past 2 years and it is still in absolute perfect condition... absolutely no tears in the net, jumping pad or green pad. My kids are on this thing ALL the time! Whether it's jumping, playing dodgeball, football, flips... you name it, my kids have tried it! This trampoline jumping pad is so firm and springy, even with all of them on it at the same time. The only complaint my kids have is they wish it was bigger! We initially had some issues with the shipment getting put on the wrong truck but I contacted the company rep and he was so helpful and kept me updated until the shipment arrived in time for Christmas. I would just make sure you allow for delays if you are ordering for Christmas. My husband did all the setup and didn't have any problems, but he is extremely handy when it comes to things like this.

7 months later
I bought this trampoline in June 2017. Had it for 7 months now and still love it! Great quality, sturdy trampoline. Also very safe, the net is on the inside of the springpads so getting tangled up in the springs is unlikely. Base setup didn’t take but 30 min or less. No bolts or screws. Getting the poles and the net up takes the longest. Threading the bottom of the net to the springs take at least an hour alone. I personally bought it for the 800lb weight limit so I could have friends on it and not worry about it breaking. Also, it has an awesome bounce! Gives great air. So much air that my knee couldn’t handle it and I tore my ACL, MCL and fractured my knee. I’m having surgery next month... but I’ll be back on it when my knee is all healed up... just not as high :) TIP: The rods that go in the top of the net are of different sizes, pay attention to which size goes where. My assembler didn’t, and 2 rods have snapped so far. EDIT: The rods that snapped Acon Replaced FOR FREE and threw in an extra net for kicks and giggles. Great customer service.

Great product, great service
Really nice to have a such a quality trampoline- well worth the price. The 800 pound limit is great, as our entire family of 4 (or multiple kids) can be on this at the same time. Good quality family time, that tricks the kids into getting outdoor exercise without them really thinking about it. You can get some serious air on this thing! Also great customer service, in that we had one small problem, that the company responded to in hours, and rectified immediately. We weren't thrilled with the shipping company, only in that they were supposed to contact us first and arrange a delivery time, but instead just dropped off at the front door ("Merry Christmas early, kids..."). Not hard to assemble- the enclosure instructions COULD be clearer, but were really OK; it was easy to fix your mistakes when you realized them. The whole thing took my wife and me maybe 3 hours from start to finish. But in everything else- this was really a fantastic family buy, that we'd recommend to anyone.

You may want to go with the $300 trampoline
I decided to go with this trampoline based off of the good reviews. I was attracted to the enclosure appearing stable. The product arrived on time. The delivery company was a little annoying suggesting that I could come pick it up in San Leandro from where I work in San Francisco due to the fact I was having trouble making sure I could have somebody home to sign for the delivery at my home in Santa Rosa. They would only deliver 5 days a week between 1 pm and 5 pm. The trampoline portion assembled easily and quickly. The enclosure was a nightmare. The directions were contained no no words, just pictures. There seems to be a measurement issue that is not pointed out in the directions. The poles line up with the legs of the trampoline which are not evenly spaced apart. the connections above are all the same length causing a lot of forcing and bending to get things to fit together. Pushing and pulling, twisting and cursing. I have a feeling I have to take it entirely apart and try it again, all because the directions are almost useless. This has caused it to tear the fabric at the top of the enclosure on day one. The hardware at the top of the enclosure has me worried. Worried that it is a one shot system, losing integrity if it is taken apart and reassembled. The little plastic parts strip out easily. Over all I'm disappointed with the amount of money I spent on this item, and having it arrive with lousy instructions. I am a Union Carpenter of 17 years and have a fair amount of experience putting things together, and can honestly tell you that you'll be lucky not to tear the trampoline to shreds while putting the enclosure together.

Super hard to assemble safety net
The steal rods around the top of the net are next to impossible to install and the sewing of the net to the trampoline is a long process. Two of the steal bars have already snapped had the thing for less then two months when they broke.
