Good product.
This is first time ordering Belvedere Icelandic brand Cod Liver. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. Even though there was some dark discoloration, it didn’t affect the taste of the product. Liver is very soft and pleasant to taste. It was in just right amount of oil. Good value.

Very mild flavor and delicate texture
This has a much more delicate texture than many other cod liver products I've tried. The flavor is mild, and it works especially well for people who prefer less salt in their food. One of our favorite ways to enjoy it is on sandwiches with either white or red onion. It also pairs exceptionally well with whole baked potatoes — we split the potato open and add the cod liver while it's still hot. If you prefer a softer texture and a less salty flavor profile, this is an excellent option.

Great flavor!
The best-tasting cod livers I have ever tried. The amount of cod liver oil is perfect. The color and texture of the liver are excellent. They taste nice and fresh, not old like some brands. They are the best quality I have tried. They are far too pricey, so I only get them once a year, but I do enjoy them, and the healthiness is also desirable.

Very good quality Cod liver. You can drink the oil for health benefits because it is packed in its own oil. I just wished I could enjoy cod liver like some people do.

I’m new to COD liver - just started consuming about 6 months ago for health benefits. When the price jumped up on the other brand (Riga Gold), I decided to purchase this. The quality of the fish in this brand appears to be a little better. (Big piece of fish, nice color, no dark spots, packed full.). *BUT* this product is packed in a mix of oil and JUICES. It is clearly labeled so, so it’s not deceptively marketed. The quality is great - and the taste is delicious. But I will probably return to the other brand for better health benefits. The other tin contains *THICK* oil and lists the amount of EPA and DHA Omega 3. This product contains little oil in comparison and does not list omega content. The other contains 22.92 mg of Vit D, while this is just 1 mCg. I’ll enjoy it - but probably switch back.

Wild Canned Cod Livers
The wild Cod liver in it’s natural oil are delicious. Each liver reminded me of a pâté. The organs are very clean, fresh and tasty. As well as having a high dosage of healthy omega 3 fatty acids. I would will be purchasing wild Cod liver package in its natural oil regularly…
