Here's the funny thing is that my doctor prescribes these and my copay for getting them is actually more than if I just buy them over-the-counter through Amazon, I don't need a prescription. I like this brand of melatonin and I will continue to buy it and it is a life changer for me by helping me relax in the evenings.But it does not have any hangover effects that I find detrimental

This is the only melatonin I buy. It dissolves quickly and generally works with only 1 pill. They taste great. My daughter takes them and complains about vivid dreams, which makes me laugh because that means she is finally sleeping after using Nature's Bounty Melatonin. 3mg is perfect, since the brain doesn't need much more. Every once in a while I have to take a second pill if my sleep schedule is overly messed up, but these work. They are the best quality I have ever found over the counter. And I sleep well. No side effects. I awake feeling rested. And did I mention they taste good?

Honestly does wonders for everyone in our family. I have to take it about an hour before bed otherwise I feel a bit too relaxed in the morning, but my kids and husband take it right before bed, fall asleep almost instantly, and wake up feeling great. Plus the value is great!

Tastes great and dissolves easily in my mouth and will put me to sleep very quickly! Only downside is that I often times have very vivid dreams after taking this melatonin. Overall, I recommend if you need to sleep and can’t, but I won’t use this unless I have to.

Lower dose & works quick for nights when I just can’t fall asleep or occasional use when I need/must get enough sleep! Taste/aftertaste is good/doesn’t linger, & love that they are small. Bottle not huge either, great quantity, expiration date over a year, & comes sealed. :)
