How do you use the 1 year warranty?

Did you have any luck? My chair broke in less than 4 months. Amazon said to contact manufacturer. Cant seem to get help!!!!

Is the frame supposed to lock? When I push down on the back of the chair the arms go up a few inches which does not seem normal

It should lock. Please reach out through your Amazon order history account and we will be happy to help.
