Good at picking things up but the rods are flimsy.

Good for the price. Four magnets.
Surprisingly good for the price. The smaller two have a cheaper feel to them, and they have some wobble when extending and retracting them. The larger two feel durable. They should last a while. Each magnet themselves work. I didn't test if the weight claims are real, but each size is a stronger magnet. You can feel it when it's attached to a metal object. I'm mostly using it for change that falls in the drive thru at work. So it works well enough for me.
