Delicious
Probably the nicest herbal tea I have ever tried - good flavour, not wishy-washy bor bland at all. Whether it has boosted my immune system I cannot say, but certainly made me feel soothed and more comfortable during a recent nasty bout of influenza. I have re-ordered, I must not run out of this stuff! :)

Sped up recovery
Was going to review saying I got for my Dad and it sped up his recovery from “that lurgy” but Amazon decided it was against community guidelines. He said they tasted awful but he was better after just 6 days. So I thought that was positive news but Amazon thought otherwise. Worth buying anyway.

The taste isn't for me but better with some honey. if you like herby tea give its try but I'm not buying it again! I can't really comment if it helps colds - time mostly does that!

Delicious tea
This is a delicious tea. I got it when I had flu and whilst I am not sure how boosted my immune system was the warming fragrant tea certainly made me feel more coherent for a short while afterwards.

Do not steep teabag for more then 5 mins
I had the most dreadful stomach after drinking this tea, I normally steep my herbal teabags for more then 5 mins, but this one - NO. After drinking I honestly felt poisoned, my tummy didn’t recover for a few days. Really upsetting experience.
