I should have listened to the reviews. This AudioBank 8000W amp stopped working in less than a month and a half after installation. It appears the amp burned out completely. The customer service experience was just as bad as the product. Communication was poor, instructions were unclear, and the entire warranty process was frustrating. What was the point of paying extra for warranty. I was told I would receive a replacement, but first I had to send the damaged amp back within a certain timeframe. I paid $45 out of my own pocket for expedited shipping to meet their deadline. After they received the amp, I was told I would get a replacement within two weeks. More than a month passed with no updates. I had to contact the seller myself to find out what was going on, and instead of receiving the replacement I was promised, I was simply issued a refund. Between the amp failing so quickly and the terrible customer service, I would not recommend buying this product or dealing with this seller.
