Is this solid copper or is it copper plated

It is solid copper. I have had it up for a year and it has a nice patina on finish. We found if you hang it the other way ( wide part up) that there is less stray dripping from the splashing water. The are really nice, we have 2 of them.

Will the aluminum gutter reducer fit a standard size gutter?

The adapter measures 4.25 inches wide and if you would like to adjust the size, however, it is possible to trim/cut the adapter as needed if it is too wide
