It's easy to use and adjust as it has velcro on the insides to help adjust the fit for your size. I bought it because of all the working from home this year at a desk, causing pain between shoulder blades. It has helped relieve some of that pain. It will NOT fit anything larger than the sizes they have posted. I knew it would not fit me when ordering, but my wife is a seamstress and took care of that. I bought it anyway, since it was one of the lower priced posture correctors. It is a little uncomfortable under the arms, but all of these will be, when you have tight straps pulling under the arms. But it's not unbearable. The Velcro type is cheap with extremely small, fine hook and loops. I figure that will be the first thing to wear out. And the strap guides on the back twist, causing the straps to be a little difficult to pull at times. The guides should be slightly angled and that would not happen.
