One Fast Cat Exercise Wheel - Green

This item took me hours on end to assemble. There are 2 2-wheel wheel pieces that provide the only support for this HUGE wheel. On one of the wheel pairs that I received was bent and unable to be fixed to straighten the axle. One wheel had NO CONTACT with the wheel and the opposite wheel rubbed against the wheel, causing it to scrape and the wheel not to spin freely. Even without that insurmountable defective wheel part, the wheel is so big and so heavy, it would be unstable in ant case. Finally, the covering for the cat to run on is completely unworkable. It consists of many SEPARATE, EXTREMELY THIN FOAM PIECES that do not FIT THE WHEEL. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to make them work. How are you going to find a continuous, thick enough piece of carpet cut to fit the wheel and adhere firmly to it! Finally, the short RETURN POLICY makes it impossible to return-for $400. IT IS A COMPLETE RIP-OFF. Don’t waste your money and time trying to make this work !

Love this. Have several rescue cats. One is a kitten who took to this immediately. The older cats were more hesitant. Definitely recommend getting this while cats are younger as they will likely use it without hesitation. The older cats are still interested but it seems to take a bit longer than the kitten. One cat that loves to try to get back outside has been less temperamental since learning how to run on this wheel, however he really digs into the padding as he wants to hold on tightly as he's learning to run on this. It is a lot of fun for the cats and for us as we watch them. We had a problem with the metal bar that joins the wheels together (think it wasn't pushed in enough at both ends and bent the plastic that holds the wheels) and One Fast Cat sent us new parts free of charge. Very good customer service.

To assemble did not take 20 minutes as described in the directions. took 2 hours with modifying the pieces to fit. Retaining clips on the outer rails beaks very easily. Does not roll very easy... even after I lubricated the rollerblade wheels, the running platform wasn't as smooth as portrayed. Made a review on my Youtube channel. [...]

I originally gave this a 5 star rating when I bought it. After a couple of months, it started to "break down" - first the bearings that let the wheel spin and then the plastic broke. The cats liked it, but unfortunately, it is poorly made and won't stand up to the use. I lost $600.00 since there is no warranty.

This was reccomended by our vet, for some ungodly reason. First of all, the wheel we got was NOT new, it had clearly been a return, it was used, marred, and completely ravaged. They weren't even trying to hide the fact that it was used. A few of the 'tab' that are SUPPOSED to lock into one another were just straight up broken. Which brings me to the next part. No, the assembly was a joke. There i no way in HELL these are just supposed to clip int one another with a bit of pressure, they is a clear half inch of deviation from the rais pieces and the guide for said rail. I am completely disapointed as i was really looking forward to this for my cats. It looked like alot of fun, and was Vet reccomended. Apearently that vet has not had to deal with this abomination. THe packaging was atrocious as well, the boxes have clearly been sitting outdoors, they were damp, weak, and maliable. they tore when i was trying to open them like they were tissue paper, and now i have to cobble something together for the return. I have literally had this product for 40 mins. Idon't know how these people think they can get away with this. its another occurance where i am thankful for amazons customer driven policy so that i man wash my hands of this nightmare stress free. I implore you to avoid this product. Save yourself the frusteration.. Update: So, in my desperate attempt to avoid repackaging, I screwed and glued what I could to get this together, and then reinforce the stability. After a few hours of adjustments and manipulations this thing is solid as marble. I increased the rating SOLELY because once I got it running, and started training my boys to use it, they won't stop. They just keep at it, sleep on it, then yell at me to get their toy so they can 'carrot on a stick' it. So, if you can get a good one, and not have my issues, cats do indeed love them.

I got this wheel for my rehab opossum who is blind and cannot be released. He uses it every day. He walks on it and even runs. It was pretty easy to put together and is easy to clean. I'm very happy with it and glad I got it for him.

We have 3 cats, and only one of them really enjoyed using this. The only thing is, at "high speeds" it appears unstable and makes a lot of noise. But I'm sure it just needs to be warn in a bit more. I love the foam on so their claws don't get stuck. It shipped quickly and was easy to put together.

Peace of junk. Half the connections broke when being put together and was impossible to take apart without breaking the rest of the connections. Extremely difficult to adjust the wheels so the wheel would turn. The wheel jumped off the tracks often.
