Dalal for Unisex - 1.65 oz EDP Spray

If you were like me reading the reviews and you come across this one do not hesitate to get this like I didn’t. It was only $10. I’m like well if it doesn’t smell up to my liking, it was only $10 but a lot of the reviews said it was good. I was really more curious with the caramel note flavor Because vanilla is common and I stopped buying vanilla, so since this has caramel in it , it convinced me because not a lot of perfume has caramel in it and not to mention my favorite drink is the Caramel Frappuccino from Starbucks haha and on top of that I am caramel skin tone so lolI REALLY had to get this and it did not disappoint. I smelt sweet but not in a nauseating way you know like some sweets can be. It was strong enough to make an entrance meaning you ! But where it was subtle enough to not annoy you or others. It’s funny when I had it on in the Post Office, I’m like oouh what is that sweet smell. I’m like is me lmao. I forgot I sprayed it.You would just have to smell it yourself. To get it !Lastly ! It’s made in UAE I didn’t know that when purchasing I read the bottle and it said it so even better as a more authentic Middle Eastern Perfume!FIVE STARS !!!

Crown perfumes are quickly becoming my favorites. I started with Soft, and have now tried Dalal. Dalal is by far my favorite of the two. It is warm and sweet, but while it is very sweet, I don't think it is too sweet. One of my favorite fragrance review sites says the notes are caramel, vanilla, orange, and sandalwood. I should probably say that I had a virus that destroyed my sense of smell and sense of taste for over a year and those have only come back about 75 percent. I detect the lovely sandalwood and vanilla. Either orange just does not translate well in fragrance (other than an opening note) or my nose just cannot detect it. The caramel may be responsible for the very sweet note. Speaking of notes, I should say I prefer notes that are based in natural fruits, spices and florals. Caramel is ok with me, but I do not go for things like 'cotton candy' or some made up 'accord' that is wholly created in a lab, i.e. 'mysterious moment accord.' No. The natural world is wonderful enough for me, thank you. If I had to liken this to something else it would be Beautiful by Estée Lauder, Fire and Ice by Revlon, Diamonds and Emeralds by Elizabeth Taylor and also perhaps Navy or Incognito by Dana; these came out in mid-1980s to mid-1990s. I don't need the latest and greatest, and in fact love many fragrances that are from the 1920s, 30s, 40s up through the mid-1990s. This fragrance should be attractive to many older women and the men who love them and I can see it being a great fragrance for the confident, sensuous younger woman who wants a somewhat sultry scent that is not too strong. This is so subtle it almost disappears after a few moments; you have to be really close to still smell it. The bottle is small enough to carry with you and if it is layered over the matching perfume oil, you should achieve more longevity. Keep in mind that because my sense of smell isn't on point like it used to be, my impression may be somewhat general, although I stand by my saying that I have always had trouble detecting any orange in fragrances other than the initial burst that many have. I include the excellent though likely inadvertent message on the label stuck to the carton; I'll let the observant find it plus a photo that shows the lovely bottle in my hand.

Very strong scent. Powdery and floral. Didn’t smell as expected

Have yet to use it on me but I sprayed it in the box when I got it and the smell is still there! This is one of my favorite scents from this brand. I bought choco musk, sabaya and tooty musk .. this one is my favorite with choco musk coming in second place! It’s SO GOOD! It’s definitely a fall fragrance. It’s such a beautiful scent. Warm and inviting. Let me tell you, tooty musk is NOT IT lol it smells like cheap berries. I was about to stop ordering from them because TikTok made me buy tooty musk and I was like WHAT IS THIS MESS!? But I’m glad I gave this fragrance a try. This time TikTok did me well lol I need to get off TikTok is what I need to do 😂 I want to try soft and lovely ❤️ Btw, sabaya was a win too 💕 smells like a juicy fruit and a hint of freshness .. beautiful scent. But BABY tooty musk is NOT bae 😭 hope this helps.. when I try the perfume, I’ll come back and edit my review, if I remember ❤️Edit:Dalal lasted a couple hours on my clothes.. probably more because you know your nose gets used to the scent lol but it lasted a little while. Good for the price…About tooty musk.. I’m so confused because everyone on TikTok says it smells great. I wonder if I just got a bad bottle? Try it I guess.. if I got a good bottle, it stinks

Box was torn but didn’t affect the bottle apparently. I’m not gonna lie it is giving old lady perfume right off the bat (I don’t even normally think that about scents). But it settles and I do smell some of the citrus in the notes. Blends well with fruity gourmands. The problem for me isn’t the scent, it’s the complete lack of projection and longevity. Best for layering and/or sprayed on clothes (longer on clothes).

I was pleasantly surprised by this fragrance. It's become my daily scent. It was a blind buy, but certainly worth the purchase. I got this because I was looking for a Viktor&Rolf Bonbon clone. I wouldn't say this is a clone, but it's in the same family. It's just missing some of the diverse floral/fruit notes from Bonbon.The scent is gourmand with beautiful caramel as the main accord. I can smell slight orange but mostly caramel and vanilla. Especially when I first spray it. Later on I smell sandalwood too a little, but it's not very prominent. The dry down is amazing! Lasts quite awhile.If you like caramel scents, this will be heavenly. If you want something that's citrusy or more woodsy, this won't be it. You can def layer this with other perfumes though. For the price, this is amazing! I'm going to continue using it daily.

I sprayed this perfume at 12:24 PM, and it lasted around 5.5 hours. I was home the whole day, and even though it isn’t very strong on the skin, it lasts much longer on clothes. I recommend applying a lotion beforehand to help the scent stick better.The fragrance itself is a soft blend of caramel, vanilla, and sandalwood. It has a clean note almost like fabuloso, but very subtle. It’s definitely a scent you can layer. The bottle feels luxurious and doesn’t leak, although the lid is a bit loose which is pretty common with alrehab perfumes.The projection is light but noticeable, if someone’s sitting next to you or hugs you, they’ll definitely smell it.

Original: Smells childish and powdery, no note of caramel or anything else (1 star)Edit: (3 star) okay, I have this some time and it’s starting to grow on me. My family says it smells more floral to them but I smell a sweet powdery scent that becomes more intense as you continue to use the bottle. It reminds me of spring and femininity if that makes sense. A very feminine perfume. I have used it now as an everyday perfume for when I want to feel a bit more cute and fun lol. My bottle in particular did not smell anything of caramel or the other notches described but it’s a soft, powdery, sweet, feminine scent and I do like it a lot better now. Just sort of wish it was a caramel scent but I’m grateful to have smelled it like this cause now I know I like powdery when done well!Edit #2 (7 Aug): had this for about a month and a half now and the scent has changed to musk I think? There’s not much powdery sweet scent but more of what I think is musk. Not my favorite but I’ll continue to update as/if scent changes.Edit #3 (31 Aug): there is a very crisp sweetness, like a crisp powdery sweet? Imagine how crisp an apple smells and replace the apple scent with powdery sweet; that’s it. The weird musk (?) scent I smelled earlier this month is gone and it’s now just sweet. After the dry down it’s still a crisp sweetness but not as strong, it faded rather quickly actually but it may just be me going nose blind to the scent so fast. Very interesting progression.Edit #3 (14 Sep, 1 star): yeah no this is terrible. I don’t like super sweet scents and this is VILE now, it’s some super sweet punch type of scent if that makes sense? Like I’m not even sure how to describe it but it’s so cloying and disgusting. I can’t even mix this to tone it down it’s so bad.Edit #4 (30 Sep, 3 stars): IF YOU WANT THE CARAMEL THEN W A I T. This is now a caramel (80) with a medicinal orange note (20) in the background, although it is evident. This is simply ok, for what it’s worth the scent can work but it’s still a little too sweet for me (I tend to go for unisex/masc scents) so I’ll probably mix with something that has no sweetness at all.
