My cat really likes the taste of this supplement, which makes it very easy to give every day. After using it for a while, I’ve noticed that my cat sneezes less often than before. I’m very happy with the results.

One star off for price being a bit high for 30 chews. I tried these when my normal ones were unavailable. My cats definitely liked these and I did find them helpful for my one cat’s herpes. Strangely, I think it helped make their poops more regular also! My others are available again and cost alot less per serving so I am debating what to do going forward.

I sad to say I wont be buying these again. They're too large of a bite for me to feel comfortable giving it to my cats whole, I originally thought they'd be soft but they have the consistency of one of those chewy caramel candies. My cats didn't really want to eat it, so I cut it up in pieces and still they didn't want it. I think the flavor/smell was unpleasant to them. My one fat cat ate it but she literally wants to eat all the time so it doesn't surprise me. Anyway, the whole idea was so I'd give them a quick bite of lysine because I'm always busy but it's more work than I expected. EDIT** I gave this treat a second go and it seemed to have gone better than the first time, I just snapped it in half and my cats ate it with no problem! I think it's just something they need to get used to it. I'd try if I were you.

I finally found a lysine treat that my cat will eat. Every cat is different and doesn't have the same taste, I've tried so many different lysine treats since I can't find the optixcare l-lysine chews, And my cat would just not eat any of them. I just got these and the minute I open the bag he jumped. You're only supposed to give one a day but he could have probably ate the whole bag. I hope these don't get discontinued like the other ones did

As others have said this does have corn syrup which isn't a good ingredient for cats. My kitty has feline herpes, his symptoms are pretty mild, very occasionally he sneezes but he does swallow/lick his lips frequently which my vet said could be from congestion due to the herpes. She said to give him lysine, I tried the powder that you mix in with the food but he wouldn't eat the food. He really likes these treats, and based on other reviewers I was worried they would be too hard but they weren't that hard, maybe they changed the formula. They are a little big so I break them into two or three pieces before feeding them. It really sucks they have corn syrup because if it wasn't for that I would be feeding these treats long term, but I am gonna have to find a different way to give him lysine when I finish off the bag.

The “soft chews” were hard as a rock. These are large chews and they were so hard I had a difficult time breaking them in half. My fur babies licked at them but they were way too hard to eat. I’m very disappointed. TomLyn’s Lysine powder is good and we used it for a few months before the kitties started refusing all food that I mixed powdered Lysine in. (Kitties also happily ate a more expensive brands gel but started to refuse it after a few months.). I’m not sure if this is a TomLyn issue or an Amazon issue. The bag shows it as a new product with expiration 6/2019. Help fellow cat lovers. Does anyone use a chew that their cats love? I’m getting desperate. For my two feral rescues Lysine has been a miraculous addition to their diet. It’s like night and day for them. Help! (I tried warming the chews up with some water and after 10 seconds they started smoking like crazy. And I’m not sure how efficacious the Lysine is in the chew if I heat it up like that.). Have others had luck with these chews? Do I need to buy the same thing from chewy? Thank you everyone!

They come in cubes. I crush them and put in his food. He won’t eat the cube by itself. They are a supplement he needs

When I first received these I tried giving to my cat whole and he would not touch them. I broke them up into tiny pieces and he literally could not get enough of them. I think he would eat the entire bag if I let him. He has very bad allergies - poor guy has been sneezing and his nose has been running non stop. He is a super fussy eater and these are the first of these type of medications that he will eat. Hopefully they help him!

The cat loves it, hopefully it does help with immune system. Pieces are quite big for a kitten but is easy to break
