I use these packets with the Wax Blaster product. You open the packet and put the dry powder in the Wax Blaster holder, shake it up, and simply spray the formula into the ear canal. One packet, once a week, covers both ears. I like the Wax Blaster. I had been using these packets with the blue ball. You have to squirt the ball into the ear canal. I was using that too hard and thought I might do harm to my inner ear. So I use the W.B. now. It really works great with these individual packets because it sprays the water with the EarCleanMD into the ear canal with a spray instead of a single mighty spray. It is very easy to use and more comfortable than a hard squirt that I had been doing with that blue ball. Three days after using these packets W.B. I had a piece of wax that had been rattling around come out. I don’t use a-tip type items or bobby pins in my ear. Hearing is too precious. Also, if you have a tremendous build-up of wax, you can try the EarCleanOil for softening the wax. I am glad I did not have to do that. If wax does not come out with oil, an ear doctor can get it out for you. I have a pretty great wax build-up and have had to go to the doctor before too. This is more cost effective than a doctor and easy to clean up too. I prefer to clean regularly now, and this product is great!

Simple kit for cleaning ears at home. It takes some practice to get it just right to work. It is helpful for keeping ears clean for hearing aide wearers.

Product itself is good. I bought this in September. I just glanced inside the box and didn't do an actual count since there seemed to be plenty. Finally finished up my current supply and did an actual count. There was fifteen. So I was short one. I probably will not reorder since there seems to have been several people who have been shorted in the reviews. Not sure if they were sent additional packets or refunded.

I love this brand and how easy it is for cleaning the ears. My son gets lots of wax build-up about every 2 weeks or so. This solution is very effective in breaking down and clearing out excess wax.

Yes, the Ear Wax cleanser works. Read & follow the instructions. With people inserting EAR BUDS, ear Plugs, Cotton Balls, Q-tips there is bound to be negative deposits. Look at you Ear Buds, you have to clean them. The ear canal collect sweat, dead skin, ear wax, cotton lint just to name a few - so there is bound to be dirt deposit in the ear Canal. Ear Wax MD drops dissolves wax in just 15 mins. (I leave it in a little longer) & then flush with the spray bottle (warm water NOT COLD). I could not believe the results, I have done it 3 times & amazed to see ear wax, etc. flushed out. I did have "ringing in my ears" but it seems to have gone. The pressure in my ears is relieved.
