Can this product be placed outside? will it withstand the elements - extreme cold and extreme heat?

I put then outdoors on cement pad under a 25% uv protected patio cover but exposed to all the elements and direct sun in the afternoon. After 3 years, they are still in good shape. We don't have extreme cold, but we have heat over a 100 degrees for several weeks a year. Absolutely no problem. The only thing is that after 3 years, the color blue sometimes comes off on your feet. Otherwise, still awesome.

During jump/plyometric training, do these tiles easily separate? Major problem I have w/other tiles I've purchased

We have not had any problems with tile separation; however, our workouts on the tiles have not been overly strenuous. OTOH, they are really hard to pull apart when breaking down and putting away.
