Satisfactory, but not outstanding
This cheese was perfectly acceptable on a sandwich, but I wouldn't choose it for a cheese board for important guests.

This is terrible. Instead of coming off in slices, it crumbles. I had to throw it away,.

Great for Sandwiches
It has a great cheddar taste and the tick slices are great for sandwiches. The only problem is separating the slices. There are paper sheets between the slices and I guess I haven't mastered the trick of separating. I'll definitely buy more, however.
